Comfort Food

Today was a comfort food day, so here's what I made and it was very, very good. I know how to cook and did not measure, I just combined the following to make a cornbread dressing: sautéed diced celery and onions in olive oil, days old cornbread with rosemary and thyme, a light chicken stock, pepitas and a little butter.  It was all heated to a soft perfection.  Enjoyed it with a rib-eye steak!
